Transitional Kindergarten
Transitional Kindergarten (TK) bridges the PreKindergarten and kindergarten years. It is the first year of a two-year kindergarten program that was implemented in California for children who are not yet old enough for kindergarten but want to build their social, developmental and academic skills. TK classrooms are taught by a multiple-subject credentialed teacher, and the TK curriculum is based on the California Preschool Learning Foundations and the Kindergarten Common Core Standards

Our kindergarten classrooms stimulates children's curiosity to learn more about the world around them. It's the job of the teacher to help children become comfortable working in a classroom setting and develop strong foundations in all subject areas.
